5th ANNUAL SUNFLOWER FESTIVAL 2024

We will be taking vendor applications starting March 15th 2024

August 2nd-4th, August 9th-11th and August 16th-18th

Live Music: Fridays from 5pm to 8pm, Saturdays and Sundays from 4p.m. - 7p.m.

Food Truck: Friday 1pm-8pm, Saturday & Sunday 12p.m.-7 p.m.

Location: O’Keefe Farms - 17604 NE 182nd Ave. Brush Prairie, WA 98606

 VENDOR APPLICATION

O’Keefe Farms must review & approve vendor applications before acceptance.

Space is limited and will be available on a first come first serve basis.

After acceptance of your application, payment will be required in advance to hold your space.

Vendors have helped make our Sunflower Festival a great success. We value all of you greatly, and ask that only those who can 100% commit to the dates you are requesting apply so that we can maximize our space and avoid vendor no shows.

  • Vendor Fee:  $30 each day per 10x10 space .

  • Payment in the form of  cash or check made payable to O’Keefe Farms is required upon acceptance of application to reserve your spot. Spaces are limited and will be accepted with our approval on a first come first serve basis. 

  • Please submit application to O’Keefe Farms through the link above

  • There will be NO REFUNDS for Covid, weather, or any other reasons.

  • All booth spaces are 10’x10’. Please specify in your application if you need more than one space. Fees will be based on the number of spaces you’ll require. You are responsible for providing your own tent, table, chairs, etc…

 

The undersigned agrees to comply with the Sunflower Festival Rules & Regulations. Please initial Rules section below. Noncompliance will result in removal from the festival with no refund. The undersigned further certifies that he/she is the responsible party referred to in the Rules and that he/she is authorized to

1) execute on behalf of your group, and

2) Accept legal process on behalf of the group. The undersigned also agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Sunflower Festival & O’Keefe Farms. The undersigned acknowledges that neither the Sunflower Festival and/or O’Keefe Farms is responsible for damage, loss, or theft of goods related to his/her business.

RULES & REGULATIONS

  1. Booths must be set up by 10 a.m. Saturday & Sundays, Fridays by 1pm. Unless a different time is prearranged ahead of time.

  2. No selling before 10am. There are safety, security and insurance issues involved in this rule and we must ask for compliance by all. 

  3. No selling after 7 p.m.  except on Fridays until 8pm

  4. No refunds. Due to the fact that the festival must pay expenses and administrative costs in advance, we cannot give refunds due to Covid, weather or any other reason.

  5. Be responsible for your own area for setup and cleanup. Trash cans and a dumpster are provided. Please use them.

  6. All food vendors must comply with health department regulations and required permits.
